Sandra's work is grounded in 20 years of personal healing and spiritual practice and training in multiple lineages and modalities.

She also has more than 25 years of supporting people impacted by trauma, violence, and oppression in finding their own truth and living from it - for their own healing and our collective liberation.

  • Initiated Korean shaman-priestess (mudang 무당) apprentice in Korean shamanism/indigenous folk religion (Musok 무속)

Energy Healing & Trauma Survivor Care

  • Supported survivors of trauma and violence, including sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking

  • Supported people who have committed violence and harm in taking responsibility for their actions and finding a new path forward, including men who committed sexual assault and involved in gang violence

Teaching & Facilitation Experience

  • Created multiple online courses and in-person trainings, including Healing from Internalized Whiteness, Collective Care Pods, Compassionate Activism, and Everyday Self-Love

  • Created and facilitated multiple online community healing spaces, including Centering Practice, Caring Circles, Grounded Gatherings, and Tea Time with Sandra.

  • Founded Everyday Feminism, an online magazine that taught applied intersectional feminism to daily life and reached millions of readers monthly
