Why We Ground and Center

With growing fascism and polycrises on top of the chronic stress of modern life, we're facing increasing threats, instability, and isolation —pushed in a thousand directions while feeling alone in the struggle.

That's why regular grounding and centering is more important than ever — to become more like a deeply rooted and connected tree that can withstand the storm.

This 30-minute guided visualization practice helps you release what you're doesn’t serve you and call in what you need. So you can meet the day from inner steadiness and connection — a sacred return to yourself, the Earth and Cosmos, and the support of your ancestors and helping spirits.

This energy practice helps you:

  • Clear what's ready to be released and doesn't serve you

  • Anchor into your body, your breath, and the Earth

  • Resource yourself emotionally, spiritually, and energetically

  • Protect yourself without hardening your heart

  • Remember you're not alone and you can ask for help

This isn't about bypassing what's hard. It's about facing it from a grounded place — so you can be present, attuned, and aligned in how you meet the world.

Come as you are. You don't need to be “ready" — only willing to return, again and again, to the rooted truth of who you are.

What To Expect

Each 30-minute session is a complete guided visualization practice .

Designed to help you show up for yourself and others the way you aspire to, Sandra leads you through:

  • Grounding into your body and the Earth

  • Clearing energy that doesn't serve you

  • Calling in support from well ancestors and helping spirits

  • Resourcing yourself for the day ahead

You don't need any experience to join. Sandra gives detailed instruction and works with different ways of visualizing. You can follow along at whatever level feels comfortable — even just listening is completely fine.

This is a drop-in space. Come as often as you can for your own grounding and centering

  • This is for anyone wanting to face their day from a grounded and centered place — especially within the context of these political times and systems of oppression.

    You might be an organizer, healer, educator, parent, or simply someone navigating uncertainty. If you're holding grief, tending to others, or feeling the weight of the world, this practice supports you.

    All backgrounds and experience levels welcome.

  • Fill out the form above and you'll receive a welcome email with the link to the Zoom registration page. When you sign up there, you’ll get your own personal secure Zoom link and can use them for all the sessions.

    We suggest you use the Zoom feature to add the appointment to your calendar. We do not send out reminders.

  • Not much. You just want to make sure you’re in a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

    You can also bring some water to drink after the practice is over to help with the cleansing and to help ground you.

  • Please feel free to adapt the practice to what you’re able to do. You can:

    • Drop in when possible though regular attendance is recommended

    • Camera optional (video on/off is your choice)

    • Closed captions available

    • Listening/following along without participating is completely fine

    If you struggle with somatic practices, let Sandra know and she can offer accommodations

    However, please do not come later to the session. The practice builds on itself throughout the 30 minutes and so it can be hard to jump in the middle.

  • Sandra leads a 30-minute guided energy practice that is designed to ground, cleanse, and resource you so you can show up for yourself and others the way you aspire to.

    That includes:

    • Opening with a light body scan to help you settle into your body and the present moment

    • Connecting with the Earth to get grounded

    • Running Earth and Cosmic energy through your energy body to release what doesn't serve you or belong to you

    • Offering gratitude to those who support you in your healing and collective liberation journey

    • Calling in protection and support from well ancestors and other helping spirits

    • Resourcing yourself for the day ahead

    • Closing with gratitude for ourselves and each other in this shared practice

    You can follow along with the practice to whatever degree you want. If some parts are new and you'd like to just listen, that's completely fine!

    This practice came together after Sandra prayed for a regular practice that would support her community in facing these times that would also be replenishing her. It pulls from different practices that Sandra has been doing for several years, especially energy work and shamanic traditions. It also includes new and original aspects that she channeled while doing the practice.
